US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping is done through USPS or UPS. Commissions are sent via a media mailer to ensure they arrive intact. Commissions have a flat rate of $8.95. Shipping costs vary for all other items. Shipping rates vary for commissions + other items for states and territories outside the continental US.

I do not currently offer international shipping.

RETURNS FOR COMMISSIONS

I do not offer returns for commissions. I will rework the piece for a reworking fee. Fees are dependant on what needs reworking. Shipping rates apply. I will redo the painting at an additional fee. The fee for a complete redo is the same as the original paitning cost agreed on. Shipping rates apply.

RETURNS FOR HANDMADE GOODS

Handmade goods cannot be returned. Handmade goods include pins, keychains, stickers, paintings, commissions, and tote bags. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to pawsandclawsartco@gmail.com with pictures of the damge.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR NON HANDMADE GOODS
